Benton and Bryant

Benton is the county seat of Saline County and has a population of the city is 27,717, ranking it as the state's 15th largest city. The city is one of the oldest in Arkansas, first settled in 1833 and then formally chartered in 1836 when Arkansas became a state. Interstate 30 runs through Benton and provides easy access for businesses and commuters. The city, located on the Saline River, also has highly ranked public schools and a relatively low cost of living.

Bryant, also in Saline County, is located between Benton and Little Rock and has a population of 13,185. In recent years, Bryant has seen an explosion of retail and residential development and is one of the fastest-growing cities in Arkansas.
